Tim Blackburn Obituary| Has Died: 59-year-old Tim Blackburn was recognized as the casualty engaged with a shooting episode in the Valley Springs region Thursday morning.
Boone County Sheriff Tim Roberson said the episode was accounted for around 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 14. Tim’s body was found on the patio of a home and was taken to a nearby emergency clinic and passed on Thursday night, October 14.
